Where'd the rains go?

Is this the first year with just 4 races to go, we haven't come across even one wet race yet ? The globe certainly is warming and it's showing. When was the last time we had a season like this? Is this an anamoly? Has this happened before? Any one old enough to remember a season like this in the past?
