Ferrari - treating / handling Kimi poorly

Can anyone shed light on the latest happenings when Kimi was forced by the team to step out of the way for Seb. Seb ended in the barrier hurting the team as well as Kimi chance of win in the process. For me it is very demorlizing and Kimi should definetly look at other options. Ferrari not allowing him a single win what to say about the championship. Live on! Seb "the gold boy everywhere you go".
